Project Summary

For the HHLA we’re realizing a extensive inspection project, where the interactive part consist of a VR application enabling highly detailed checkups for cracks, rust and irregularities. Model textures are original inspection photos recorded by our drones which are unwrapped onto a scanned 3D model. Several predefined inspection points were built as virtual spaces, with easy navigation and overview. In VR the inspector can analyse the points of interest close up, send annotations and mark the respective critical points.
